Patient Questions
Are your surgeons board-certified?
Yes. Both surgeons are certified by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery (ABFAS). Dr. Charles White also holds certification from the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM). Dr. Daniel Cruz’s ABFAS certification includes Foot, Rearfoot & Ankle Reconstruction.
Will I need general anesthesia for outpatient foot surgery?
It depends on the procedure — many foot and ankle surgeries can be done with regional or local anesthesia plus sedation, while more complex reconstructions may call for general anesthesia. We'll discuss the right approach for your specific surgery.
Which hospitals do your surgeons operate out of near Seguin and Gonzales?
Our surgeons hold hospital affiliations including Guadalupe Regional Medical Center, Otto Kaiser Memorial Hospital, and Methodist Downtown San Antonio. We'll confirm the surgical location as part of your treatment planning.
